I have no words to describe the professionalism shown by the MSC staff. From the captain to the young man who cleaned our room (8009), they were kind, respectful, and attentive to our wishes. What struck me most was that, despite being far from their families and despite the fact that we, as guests, expected a lot, they ALWAYS had a smile on their faces. This means they enjoyed the work they were doing, that they were not working only for a salary, but put their heart into it. This shows that MSC chooses its staff very well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
