Good evening, I don't know the company specifically, I have been on 2 cruises so far, but I have seen that the staff are mostly foreigners

MSC has much more beautiful ships than other companies but in recent years, it neglects the services provided to its (so far loyal) customers, for example it does not have enough staff on board (despite being an Italian Company and also for this reason sometimes chosen) who can support Italians and if you don't know English, not even the lady who tidies the room can understand you, for years now we have had the wrong dinner shift, despite having expressly requested it (and for health reasons) at the time of purchasing the cruise and since the restaurants available have decreased, shifts have tripled which can even happen at snack times.. but above all the quality of the food is not up to the price paid.

Msc has always been an excellent company. It's a shame about the disorganization of this last cruise. Terrible theater. As for the food we ate the same things every day.

Cruise with MSC Word Europa to be forgotten, 7 days locked inside with a window cabin because according to their rules during navigation the left side is blocked instead when the ship is in port it was still blocked because: window washing - refueling - etc. truly to be forgotten

Fantastic company, buffet open about 20 hours a day. Phenomenal entertainment, kind and helpful staff, always smiling. The main language on board is English, so not all employees speak Italian, but they still make an effort to communicate with all guests. The hygiene and cleanliness are very good, the buffet tables should be cleaned a little better, but you can still eat all meals in the restaurant, without extra costs.

Splendid cruise and superlative ship. Compliments indeed to MSC for building a ship, the world Europa, that is better than a 5 star extra luxury. This is my fifth cruise with them and it was absolutely the best of all by far. Thank you very much again

Positive points: Well organized, impeccable and precise service. In particular: Bruno for the deck 10 room, very professional and delicate, very good, the waiters at table 543 were attentive and perfect in the service and in satisfying any requests, the artist Vinny Cryme Italian music singer, super top, and finally, the very sweet photographer (even if the poses of the photos should definitely be modernized!). They also gave us the suite, so it was a great initial surprise :) A shame for: 1. the structure of the ship, in general very old and needs to be modernized. The spa in particular is very old and 2 out of 3 Turkish baths didn't work properly with a freezing relaxation room; 2. the clarity of the beverage package: in some menus there is an option in others there isn't and in the end we had to pay the difference. Furthermore, the choice was very very limited, even though the costs outside the ship were not that different, on the contrary!; 3. the paid mini bar with the same drinks as the basic package, honestly absurd; 4. the pool which was more like two puddles, not to mention the outdoor hot tubs with a minimum of 20 minutes of queuing; 5. the food options at the buffet were decent but monotonous and very often proposed again in the evening as a restaurant; 6. ZERO sustainability: too much plastic, warm and undrinkable 'loose' water, all to make those who didn't have the beverage package included pay. Also the waste related to the photos, which were ALL printed: in 2025 you can't put a screen and browse them before wasting paper unnecessarily? 7. Last thing, a minor thing, it was my birthday and I didn't receive anything except a ticket with 'Happy Birthday' written on it: I was hoping for at least a chocolate, after all, like every other evening!
