A holiday I will always cherish. My experience with MSC was truly wonderful. I travelled aboard MSC Splendida with my daughter Nicole, and we returned home with our hearts full of emotions and unforgettable memories. The ship is magnificent, clean and meticulously maintained in every detail. The staff were always kind, smiling and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first day. The organisation was excellent, and the evening shows gave us some truly moving moments. We visited wonderful places, met special people and enjoyed an adventure that will remain in our memories forever. For a mother, being able to share all of this with her daughter is priceless. Thank you, MSC, for turning a simple holiday into a unique experience. We will certainly be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This cruise line is a guarantee of quality. Everything was perfectly organized, from the flight to the transfers to and from the airport. The cabin was spotless, and the staff were kind and always available.
After many cruises with Costa, I decided to switch to MSC, much to my delight. I have taken five cruises with you, four of which were wonderful, but on this last one I experienced an appalling level of service. I will never travel with MSC again. P.S. We were staying in a suite and paid a considerable amount.
On my twelfth cruise, I noticed many changes for the worse. There were several issues, starting with the ship’s maintenance. It was not cleaned properly, and the furnishings were worn. The prices of drinks and water were high. The excursions were not very affordable and were not competitive compared with those offered by external operators. However, the greatest disappointment was the change in the management of the food service: poor-quality ingredients, prepared in a way that was far from Mediterranean cuisine. MSC should make its Italian identity one of its greatest strengths. If it loses that, it will also lose many loyal customers like us.
The services were fairly efficient, but in my opinion there were constant requests for additional payments, extra services and further charges.
