I find the extremely long queues for the buffet breakfast and lunch truly excessive. There are too many cruise passengers compared to the ship’s actual hospitality capacity, with too many cabins relative to the common areas and dining facilities. Waiting times are also long in the restaurant.
I have taken several cruises with MSC, but on this one it seemed that the staff on board was fewer than needed.

I really enjoyed the food, the helpfulness of all the staff, the poolside entertainment and the cleanliness. I would have preferred a bit more variety in the theatre shows. The closing night performance in the theatre was beautiful.

A well-organized cruise line; however, the quality of the food has declined, both at the buffet and in the restaurant. The service is impeccable! The cabin was wonderful, and we received a complimentary upgrade.
