Always available and very kind. They gave us a wonderful experience, difficult to forget. The butlers were all excellent, especially Rakesh, who was our point of reference throughout the week, together with the waiters. A special mention also goes to Muza, the waiter in the restaurant and at our table, not to mention our cabin hostess Leonita, who was excellent. A beautiful experience and highly recommended.
Everything was well organized, the staff was courteous, and the cabin and common areas were always very well maintained and spotless.

Overall, the cruise was pleasant. The only inconvenience was not receiving the cot in the cabin, even though it had already been requested during the booking, because there was not enough space.
Once again, I can say that I prefer it to other cruise lines.

I have just been on a cruise aboard MSC World Europa and what can I say... everything was wonderful, from start to finish!
his year it did not fully satisfy me. There was little variety in the food, which was often too spicy. The management of excursions was lacking; they were too expensive and the guides were not up to standard.
100% efficient, a well-organized cruise enjoyed to the fullest.
