Breakfast was always the same, and the dishes served in the restaurants were not in keeping with the countries visited. Bilingual excursions were not particularly satisfactory. Disembarkation, however, was very well organized and I would even give it a score of 9 out of 10. There was also an incorrect extra charge for a shuttle service.
Absolutely excellent. The waitstaff were outstanding, especially in the Exagon restaurant.

Excellent cruise line
I have been cruising with MSC for several years and, until now, I have always had a positive experience. However, this year I noticed several changes that I did not appreciate.
Overall, a positive experience. Everyone was helpful and available, although the itinerary could be improved.
Unfortunately, this cruise was only satisfactory. This was certainly due in part to the rather old MSC Opera, which caused several inconveniences.
A fantastic experience. Special praise goes above all to the onboard staff, particularly the bartenders, cabin attendants, waiters and service personnel: exceptionally polite and truly outstanding.
A small ship with very outdated facilities. Beverage prices are excessive, and the drinking water tastes of chlorine. The food is plentiful but of mediocre quality, especially at the buffet. The hamburgers were delicious on the first day, but from the second day onward, something seemed to have changed in the ingredients. The unlimited pizza was excellent, although the flavours were always the same: marinara, Margherita, four cheese and Mexican. The crew were competent and respectful. The excursions were excellent, except for the one in Kefalonia: three hours by coach for just ten minutes at the destination.
A wonderful cruise, exceptionally well organized and attentive to every request.
Everything was perfect, with excellent organization.
