We are cruisers, this is our 7th cruise and what can I say, it's always fantastic to be back on board. I am returning to the Divina after 12 years, and I find her in great shape, with an amazing staff, they made us have a lot of fun, we will miss Johao, Piccolino, ABDERRAHMANE, JEISSON AND ALEJANDRO so much, who made our cruise unforgettable, involving us in dancing, singing games and activities always!! We also met Pedro Iviera again, our old waiter on Seaside, it was great to meet him on board again, he was always kind and great with us! Also at the restaurant we were served by Ahmed and KHURISHMA, super attentive and friendly with us at dinner! In addition, our Cabin Steward OTHNIEL, pampered us and took care of our room down to the smallest detail, always leaving everything clean and fragrant. Always ready to solve any of our problems and satisfy our needs! Thanks to everyone it was fantastic, we will always carry you in our hearts! ♥️

We are on our third cruise with MSC
Terrible organization after 5 cruises with Msc unfortunately on this ship I did not find the same attention to the customer. Cabin was problematic to say the least, the toilet drain was clogged every day with waits of 5-6 hours to get a solution to the problem. Reception was absent after various calls they hung up.
The yacht club cruise was disappointing compared to the others I've done
