This is my sixth cruise with MSC. I noticed some shortcomings in the bar and buffet services compared to my previous cruises.

With MSC, we always have a great experience. This is now my seventh cruise, and I have never changed cruise line, although the loyalty discounts could be a little higher.

Honestly, I expected more. The staff proved to be very helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurants, bars and, above all, the housekeeping staff. However, in some areas the service was quite lacking, such as around the pool areas: there was never anyone available to help with sun loungers, and the ones that were there were all occupied or tied up, making it impossible to use them.
MSC Cruises is a guarantee for us... TOP!
I would never change cruise line, because cruising with MSC is a guarantee.

Yacht Club, always a guarantee, and the one on Seaview is especially beautiful. Everything is open and spacious, with an infinity pool, and you can admire the sky and sea from every angle.
