The staff is very kind but very few speak the Italian language, little organization and a lot of confusion when leaving for excursions

Excellent company ... quality and cleanliness are the main features, the only flaw is that I believe that school trips should not be allowed on cruise ships, I found too many kids, at least 2 or 3 classes were everywhere and of course their ways and habits don't match those of families and others
