Excellent cruise with many positive aspects but could be improved during disembarkation (2 hours waiting on the bus to go to the airport)
All perfect except for msc, I don't know whose fault it is, it didn't register the food requirements form. No problem on the cruise but, on the plane the problem arose I hope that next time they respect everything It's the first time this has happened on a plane

Very well organized, a score of 9 due to a few small delays for disembarkation in the Cayman Islands, we only had 3 hours to do some activities. The disco IN MY OPINION closes too early, at 2:30. Everything else was fantastic, staff, entertainment, food, restaurant. It was a beautiful experience. A greeting and a thank you to our waiters BRIGHTON and CEBISILE, always available, fast and kind.

I wanted to thank all the girls in the mini club, now I don't remember the names of each one but there was a Mexican girl, an Argentine one and the other Moroccan and in particular tarisai who took care of my little son, the restaurant team in particular yogi and Mariela. Thanks guys for the work you do every day. Room cleaning to be reviewed !!!! Sanitary ware emanated a bad smell of urine !!!!! Change of sheets requested but not carried out

Very beautiful ship but with MSC the problems are mainly related to the unavailability towards Italian-speaking people and even more so by not maintaining the quality of the products related to the purchased package and the availability of having them already in the cabin, which is quite shameful And after having requested them more than once they had still not arrived so I purchased an Aurea package which did not give me the availability of what was due to me and I did not find what was specifically related to my package in the cabin

everything was excellent except for the waits at the restaurant for breakfast and (the first few evenings) for dinner, as I communicated in detail to MSC in the review they asked me to fill out. For this reason I give a score of 8 to the food, the quality of food and drinks was 10.
