Little entertainment... The food was a bit less abundant compared to previous times (I’ve sailed with Costa Favolosa four times, always the same ship). Still, it was wonderful overall!

Spectacular entertainment team — kind, fun, talented, and full of energy! There are plenty of comforts on board and lots of entertainment to enjoy.
A name that speaks for quality, but I would like to point out the chaos, discomfort, and the long time spent standing under the scorching sun while waiting to complete the boarding formalities at the Hamburg terminal. At least a bottle of water and a bit more information would have been appreciated — and, above all, necessary. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Fantastic company.
Costa is a good company — I’ve known it for a very long time — but I feel that the quality of the services has been declining year after year. I’m not talking about comfort or the staff, who are excellent, but about the cost-cutting measures the company seems to be taking on many small details. All this to say that we remain nostalgic for the golden age. The democratization of cruising has killed good manners and courtesy. Dress codes are no longer respected — it’s not a big deal if people stay decent, but men wearing shorts at dinner should definitely not be tolerated!

Excellent logistical organization.
Poorly qualified crew, Costa Fascinosa internally complicated, canteen always overcrowded, theatrical shows sparse and very short. A Tim group boarded and partly took over the entire ninth deck of the ship, depriving other passengers of the use of the canteen in the evening.
Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, excursion organization needs improvement both in terms of guides (some too rushed) and staff (not very polite), cleanliness everywhere.

Very good, but I had higher expectations since it was my first cruise.
I was disappointed by the lack of entertainment for my 12-year-old son, who was excluded from all activities—sometimes considered too old, other times too young. In addition, on a couple of evenings there were no repeat performances of certain shows in the theater, and one evening the outdoor decks were closed for a private party.
