Good company
All the staff are helpful, kind and caring
My room was fine in terms of space, apart from some forgetfulness regarding the bathroom kit and the cleanliness, which left a little to be desired; also the blankets were not brand new and, compared to a few years ago, I noticed a little neglect in certain details. A note regarding the quintuple cabin (booked by me for other members of the group), very cramped for 5 beds and unlivable for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children with their suitcases, which you didn't know where to put them). For the excursion I expected much more (given the price) and with a much more prepared and professional guide.
An exceptional company, super organized
Good and friendly
On Costa Smeralda we had a great time
In my opinion and that of all the participants, an excellent company
fantastic
Costa is always a guarantee.
Historic company but in a slow decline
Excellent restaurant service staff. I found it absurd that on an Italian company there were very few Italian workers or at least very few understood it.
Before this cruise I was satisfied with the previous cruises and I chose COSTA because the last one I did in the fjords was fabulous, but the experience with Costa Smeralda was terrible and unfortunately I will not choose it again.
Overall we were treated with superficiality and a little bit of indifference regarding assistance. Disembarkation was chaotic
I wouldn't change company, it's a bit like going home
A special mention to the girls in the mini club They are exceptional
A company with great attention to detail
Comparable to a 3-star hotel
Hello, I am a disabled person and I often travel with Costa, I hoped that some facilities like accessible tours for disabled people would be taken into consideration in these years, but it was not the case. Disabled people are left to fend for themselves and not even helped to find an accessible taxi, which I did on my own or thanks to the help of some friends present on my trip. I am very disappointed because I pay the same as other passengers and I am deprived of many things during the cruise. I heard other opinions from disabled people on board and they think like me, all this will lead to a decrease in our trips in these conditions, maybe the Costa company doesn't care but I believe that on an ethical, moral and social level we should reflect and try to change the current situation.
I always travel with Costa
