Having already done 3 cruises with MSC in the past, always with satisfaction, in this one we have seen a regression in the quality of services both in the restaurant and in the on-board services.. I want to point out that we did not choose an economic package.
The company stands out for reliability, seriousness, but on some occasions clashes with the inexperience or superficiality of its components.
I must say that I have been on 7 cruises and this time I did not have a good time with MSC. The staff do not speak Italian, only a few speak it with all the difficulties of the case. The beverage packages are limited, it's not like it was a few years ago. Overall we had a good time but not very good

We confirm the good judgment on the company. We did not find the much-vaunted advantages for gold card holders. No bathrobe or slippers were provided in the cabin. We were unable to have a free virtual experience with Formula 1. Exclusive experience for gold card holders??? One hour to listen to the advertising of new trips.
there is ample room for improvement regarding various aspects: hygiene, organization, marketing, excursions and communication with other cruise companies.
