The ship is comfortable, easy to navigate, and the entertainment decks are well managed. However, it feels quite dated in terms of décor and upholstery, with some questionable color combinations. I did not appreciate being assigned to Deck 1 near the fuel bunkering point. The operation caused significant disturbance throughout the entire port stay. I understand the necessity of such operations, but they should not result in inconvenience for guests.
Even though the ship is not brand new, the interiors are well maintained.

Costa Fortuna is a good ship, with absent services for disabled people like access to the pool and access to some decks, the extra price of the cabin for disabled people is high and not equal to the services offered. The entry and exit from the ship is always difficult and does not offer safety to the disabled person and to the wheelchair, both manual and electric.
