"Cruises are just for old people." Surprise, surprise! While grandparents certainly enjoy the buffet, today's cruises attract crowds of young people, families, and true adventurers. Modern ships offer huge water parks, rock climbing walls, nightclubs, go-kart tracks, adrenaline-pumping ropes courses, and other attractions.
"I'll be bored to death." If you think you'll be bored with all the restaurants, spa, cinemas, theaters, shops, pools, and countless daily activities, maybe the issue isn't the ship, but your mindset and perception of reality.
"Cruises are for those who don't like adventure." Helicopter tours, glaciers, hikes up volcanoes, and diving in the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean, there's more adrenaline on a cruise than you'll find on a weekend at home.
"The food won't be tasty." On the contrary, modern cruises are known for their variety and quality of food. So get ready to come back with a few extra pounds thanks to the numerous restaurants.
