They were all very beautiful; only one impressed me less than the others: Marseille.
I would remove Marseille: it is too far from the port and the city feels rather frivolous.

I should mention that I like exploring independently without taking part in organized excursions, so my opinion may be somewhat subjective. The stop in Savona was excellent; in France it was quite inconvenient to get around; Palma was exceptional, Valencia was beautiful, and Olbia was small but charming.
