Qualified and always smiling staff. I would improve two points: the first is the communication related to the MSC Foundation that was not there and could be improved by briefly explaining it to then proceed with the passive debit on the application. The second is related to food waste. I would dedicate a few minutes to educating and respecting not wasting food and water, especially since there is a Foundation that also raises funds for humanitarian aid.
Very welcoming, helpful and attentive staff to the needs of the guests. The cabin service is lacking.
Excellent company that however tends to fill ships that cannot satisfy all guests, in fact it is difficult to find a place in the pool which becomes a perpetually crowded bathtub. By whom? By those who arrogantly grab sunbeds. And the others? They stay in their cabins, luckily with a balcony.
They don't care much about the detail that makes the difference to travelers.

Excellent but I believe that for the excursions and the transport shuttles they should think of a family fee because some are unfeasible for a family of 4 like ours
It was a show, I didn't imagine the luxury of walking on the sea

I have always had a good time with MSC, plus at the Dunes restaurant they treated me very well as I am celiac
After 8 cruises, I think there's no need to say anything else
