Excursion Discover the wines of the medoc-margaux wine district tour at Bordeaux

Drive along the famous Quai des Chartrons, to the Margaux vineyards- southernmost part of the Médoc area, and starting point of the famous “Route des Châteaux”. The Medoc wine road, located between the Gironde estuary and the Landes forest, provides magnificent views of vine-covered gravelly rises as far as the eye can see. You will have the opportunity to stop at Château Margaux for a photo stop, before heading towards a Classified Wine Estate, where you will learn all about the wine making techniques, and taste three different wines from the estate, paired with bread and cheese.

Please note: Drive to Margaux Vineyards is about 45 minutes, and return drive to pier is approximately one hour. Total walking distance is about 700 m. There are some steps, stairs, unpaved paths, and uneven ground at the Wine Estate.
